Due to the nature of mobile mechanical services and the time, labor, and parts involved, we do not issue refunds once a service has been completed.

If you experience an issue related to a service we performed, we will:

• Inspect and assess the issue at no additional cost.
   
• Fix the problem free of charge if it is determined to be the result of our workmanship or error.
   

Our free correction guarantee does not apply if:

• The issue is unrelated to the service we provided.
   
• New problems arise that were not present or diagnosable at the time of the original repair.
   
• The issue was caused by customer-supplied parts or third-party interference.
   
• The vehicle has been serviced or altered by someone else after our initial visit.
   

We offer a 30 dayithin this period, please contact us immediately so we can address it promptly.
